Tom Blood
Born in Iowa, Tom Blood has been living in Portland on and off for many years now. He's been a member of the writing community there since 1996, when he arrived, reading at Cafe Lena, open mic. Contributing to and involved in various publications throughout the years, The Sky Position is his first published book of poetry. He is a frequent contributor to Marriage's Poetry Page, if you'd like a sample. Tom tours as Grand Junction Grand Therapy, riffing from his poetry and stories with the most unusual use of a beat machine accompanying the humorous "read".
