Today I found out that Vitamin Water is like drinking Coca Cola, that crystallized fructose is the same as high fructose corn syrup and that you get no vitamins or minerals from it because they are undigestible with the rest of the Vitamin Water drink.

I took some pretty pictures of Laurel and Honey (and you and Tom reading, and the Rob fun, too) at that Holocene thing and I tried to be good and put them up on this Flickr thing everyone’s talking about, but I got really confused (all that tagging and describing and organizing is complicated) so I don’t think it worked, really? But you can try just searching around Flickr for the photos by using my email: wyndedyer@hotmail.com. Maybe you will find them? I don’t know.
