DARK OAK
Friday May 19, 2006

Power went down here after the show the other night. Big building on fire down the street made for a dark oak. Felt like the world ending, and we were all happy.

May and Maria playing dancing at the Gaslight in Lawrence from the last tour. Photos and memories still come.

Speaking of which, there goes the Aerostar. My brother and I drove that out to Portland 5 years ago. It went on 6 or 7 tours in that time. Hauled countless gear and passengers. Got famous in a scene in Tom Blood’s Sky Position MPEG.

A John Henry Memorial is playing tonight.
You know what else? Releases coming:
Mantar’s Classic Battles is in stores this month.
Dirty Projectors CD version of New Attitude.
